3. Enquiries and proposals
Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or a contract. Any engagement begins only when we issue a written proposal and both parties accept it. Fees, scope, timing and exclusions will be set out in that proposal.
Information submitted through the website form is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Please do not send confidential documents through the website form before an engagement is agreed.

Unless otherwise indicated, the text, layout, graphics, logo, code and photography arrangements on this site are owned by or licensed to Buildcheck Advisory. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish or use the material commercially without written permission.
Stock photography is used under the licence identified in the site credits. Project reports and drawings created for clients are governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

This site may link to third-party websites, including mapping services. Those sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site or from interruptions to its availability.
