How quickly can you start?
Most desktop reviews begin within three business days. Site inspections are usually booked within five to seven business days, subject to access. If a project is at a critical stage, call 08 6180 4427 and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet the date.
Do you work with our existing builder or architect?
Yes. We are independent, not adversarial. The best outcomes happen when the design and delivery team receives clear findings early and has a chance to respond. We do not accept commissions or referral fees from builders, suppliers or consultants.
Are you building surveyors or certifiers?
No. Buildcheck Advisory is an independent review and project management practice. We identify compliance and access issues against the NCC and relevant standards, but we do not issue building permits or certificates of construction. We work alongside your appointed certifier.
Do you travel outside Perth?
Yes. We work throughout Western Australia, including Mandurah, Bunbury, Busselton, Albany, Geraldton and the Pilbara by arrangement. Regional travel is quoted at cost with a fixed daily rate, agreed before engagement.
Can you take over a project already under construction?
Yes. We start with a rapid document and site review to establish the current position, then agree a monitoring or owner’s representative scope. The first report will identify immediate risks and the records we need to reconstruct the project history.
Have a project in mind?
Tell us the stage, the location and what is keeping you awake. We’ll recommend the smallest review that does the job.
